Here we go again.

(Gregory and I on our way to Florida, 2007)

Greg and I are on our way out of the state for Greg's summer job once again, much to our families dismay! This summer we will be living and working in Minneapolis, Minnesota. We are having our little girl out there in the summer and will be back to Utah the end of August.
I find it crazy that this is our third year of summer moves! I feel like it was just a month ago we were packing our car up as newlyweds and moving to Miami, Florida for our first summer out of the state.
Greg is finishing finals up at the U of U this week, so we are heading out exactly one week from now. Exciting stuff and it's hard to believe the next time we come back to Utah we will have our baby girl with us!

Let me introduce...

the Miller girls. These girls are Greg's cousins who happen to be a family of four girls. They all have such fun personalities and always have the family laughing at family get togethers.
And they are adorable too!

I hope you don't mind that I have even more pictures to post of them soon.

Good times with Eme.

My sister and her husband were greatly blessed almost two years ago this June with the adoption of their beautiful little girl Emerson. Emerson is their first child and they are now ready to open their home for another blessing.
Please visit the new blog button on the side of my blog to read more about their story. Just a warning, you might get emotional.
If you have any information on adoption for this little family please contact them at their blog or even email me! Thanks.

Dave, Jackie, & Brynlee.

Baby Brynlee is one of the happiest babies I have ever been around.  She would be freezing cold and mad about being wrapped up, but as soon as I got the camera on her she would smile and laugh!  Which made my job a lot easier.
These are Heather's brother and sister-in-law from my last post and they were so much fun to get to know and work with.  Thanks again!

The Sanders.

I met Heather through all of our 'exciting and fun' classes at Weber State. It's a good thing I found her or else I might have gone a bit crazy my last semester of school!
Heather and her husband Eric had me take some pictures for them and part of their family. They were such good sports with the weather and hundreds of people around our location because of the Easter weekend! Thanks again guys!
Oh and Heather thinks she isn't photogenic, and I think she is crazy! Heather, you couldn't take a bad picture.

Sneakie peekie.

Just a little sneak peek of a photo session for my friend Heather and her husband Eric.

Our little egg.

Our little cooking "egg" decided to give a good kick for Greg to feel for the first time on Easter. It was so exciting!
Our Easter Sunday was filled with a baby blessing, teaching our Primary kids in church, and having Easter dinner with my family.

Our niece Emerson had a little Easter egg hunt in the front yard. Charlotte decided to help her.

We are so lucky Emerson not only likes, but loves our dog. Charlotte is always up in her grill.

Called to serve.

(Greg and I pre-mission days)

5 years ago today Greg left to serve an LDS mission in Peoria, Illinois. We had been dating for almost a year before he left and we both had high hopes of things working out when he got home. I ended up doing the "waiting" game and we got hitched.
So after 5 years, 2 1/2 years of marriage, a baby on the way, and a dog, I think our high hopes are definitely working out for us.

They are starting to notice.

I work with children. Last week I had an great interaction about my growing belly with one child...

Seven year old: What is that? (Pointing towards my stomach)

Me: A tissue. (I was holding a tissue right in front of my stomach)

Seven year old: No! What is that?! (Again pointing to my stomach)

Me: Oh...that's a baby!

Seven year old: You are having a baby?! (Very confused and shocked look on his face) Oh I thought it was just food or somethin.'

Another seven year old speaks up: Ya I noticed too, but I wasn't gonna say anything because I was wondering if it was a food or a baby.

Me: Umm...well, yes that is a baby! Not food in there. Thanks for noticing, you are so smart.

I am now in my six month and can't wait to hear what the kids have to say to me in my 8th and 9th month. I am sure it will be good.

The bracelet.

My dear friend Britta is so creative and talented! When she posted a craft it forward on her craft blog (which is loaded full of fun crafts she does), I jumped at the chance to play because I wanted to see what she would create!
Britta sent me a package just last week and this cute bracelet appeared. She made everything herself and even the tiles! This girl is talented. I love it so much. Thanks again Britta! You are amazing!
