I think my daughter is pretty awesome.
You can tell she loves to show off her belly button
and is quite delighted by it.
Last night, while Lydia was sleeping, I was telling Greg all the funny
things she did that day.
We missed her so much at that moment we were THIS CLOSE
to waking her up to play with her.
But then realizing she wouldn't be the happy Lydia we wanted to see
we just went to bed instead.
Pretty sure that was a smart choice.

She is pretty awesome. I remember nights laying awake talking with Brent about how much we adored Carter and missed him when he was asleep. We still adore our kiddos, we're just to exhausted now!!
ha. love that-i have totally done that before. and nope. he was not the happy go lucky boy i went in for. you made a smart choice:) i am sooo excited for you to take the babe's pics. let's play it by ear as far as weather-i wouldn't want you out in a storm. and i see you have fam up this way-we have an apt above our garage if you wanted to stay over and make more of the visit. of course miss lydia and greg invited too!!
