Because we left to Minneapolis on such short notice for the summer, I wasn't able to have a shower for Lydia from family and friends.
Last Saturday, we had an open house baby shower at Madre's beautiful home.

It was so good to see so many friends and family members that we have been missing over the summer.Lydia was the star of the show!
Thanks again everyone that could make it and even to those who couldn't make it.
We just have the best family members and friends.

Oo that looks like it might be better than having a shower before the baby is born!! Much more fun to actually have the baby there!! She is so cute and I haven't seen for her awhile so we need to get together!! Kelsie mentioned something about a girls night or day Friday or Saturday!! I know you have your hubby here but you should come anyway!!
