It is February 1st and yet my in-laws Christmas tree was just taken down last night. Sad day. But this isn't the longest they have left it up.
When Greg was going to Prom in high school (which is in March), my in-laws still had their Christmas tree up then! So my husband has Prom pics in front of a Christmas tree. His parents think it is hilarious.

My mom's house is the same way. One year we left it up till past Valentine's Day. Everyone who came over said we should just hang hearts all over it. :) I'm happy to have found your blog!

my family does this too! when i was in HS my parents left it past valentines and they were put in the school newspaper (by a few of my guy friends, okay and its a small town, small high school) it was one of those question/answer things and they asked how they can tell someone that its time to take down their Christmas tree! it was hilarious. So this Post made me laugh!
