I texted Cha Cha one day to find out what one of the best places to eat in Charlotte was. Cha Cha said to go to Penguin Drive Inn! We went yesterday and I was so excited!
It is this old restaurant that used to be an ice cream drive through in the 50's. Throughout the years it developed into a fabulous place to eat! It is super cheap too!
Ever heard of Cheerwine? It is this weird red soft drink that is only made on the east side of the nation. Everyone loves it here in North Carolina.
The place was packed so we had to wait....

Later that night Greg and some of his buddies went and played Frisbee. Charlotte and I sat down on a blanket to watch and I got eaten alive!!! I swell up so bad when I get mosquito bites! And I don't even scratch them. When I was about 12 I got a mosquito bite right above my right eye. My whole eye swelled up like you wouldn't believe!!!! I looked like Quasi Moto from the hunch back of Notre Dame, no joke. So glad no pictures were taken of me during that horrifying time in my life!
I have some awesome pictures from Frisbee last night too! I will post them very soon so stay tuned!!!

Kara I TOTALLY feel for you about the mosquitos. I swell up like that too and it is hideous and obnoxious!! When I was 9 I slept outside at my grandma's house and woke up with 120 something mosquito bites and ever since then I have been allergic!! I'm sorry!! You guys always do the funnest stuff!! I love it!!
